Job summary

PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Specialist to analyze security reports, conduct assessments, and support incident response activities in Jakarta.

This role requires hands-on experience with SIEM, VAPT, EDR, and related tools, and offers work from office at Jakarta Pusat in the insurance sector with opportunities to strengthen security controls and participate in Red/Blue team exercises.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in cyber security.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS preferred.
• Experience in VAPT, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, and Secure Coding.
• Experience in Red Team / Blue Team activities.
• Knowledge of SIEM, VAPT, SAST/DAST, DLP, EDR, WAF, NAC, IAM, and Patch Management tools.
• CEH / Security+ preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Python or PowerShell is a plus.

• Conduct internal penetration testing and support external penetration testing activities.
• Perform phishing simulations and security awareness programs.
• Implement and maintain security controls in accordance with regulatory and company security requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Cyber Security.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experienced in VAPT, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, and Secure Coding.
• Experienced in Red Team / Blue Team activities.
• Familiar with SIEM, VAPT, SAST/DAST, DLP, EDR, WAF, NAC, IAM, and Patch Management tools.
• Proficient with tools such as Wazuh/ArcSight, Tenable/Rapid7, Burp Suite/SonarQube, CrowdStrike/Cortex, Cloudflare/Imperva, Wireshark/Kali Linux, or equivalent.
• CEH / Security+ certification is preferred.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Python / PowerShell is a plus.
