Job summary

PT Bank Digital BCA (BCA Digital) is seeking an enthusiastic software QA intern in Jakarta Pusat to help develop and refine test cases and write clean manual test code across Mobile Web, Android, iOS, and API.

You will learn and apply QA methodologies, participate in release processes, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to drive quality. Basic Java skills and familiarity with SQL and testing tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Fundamental Java programming knowledge.
• Understanding QA methodologies and release processes.
• Hands-on manual testing across Mobile Web, Android, iOS, or API.
• Basic SQL and DB tools experience (MySQL, SQL Server, Postman).

Job description

• Develop the optimal test case and write clean manual test code
• Review and analyze test results to ensure software quality and maintainability
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion about product development status

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of:
• software development & integration
• QA methodology & release process
• manual testing on multiple platforms: Mobile Web, Android, iOS, or API
• Java programming language
• Experience with DB tools; DBeaver, Mysql, SQL Server, Postman
• Experience with automation script; Selenium, Appium, Cucumber
• Experience with JIRA (coursework or projects) and other Test and Defect Management tools
• Experience doing stress test (is a plus)
• Understanding of Kafka or data stream (is a plus)
• Familiar with Scrum framework
• Responsible and able to work independently or in a team
• Passionate about the development of information technology
• Open to a 12-month internship opportunity
