Job summary

SeaBank Indonesia sedang mencari Manajer Proyek TI berpengalaman untuk memimpin implementasi aplikasi perbankan. Tugas utama mencakup perencanaan proyek, pemantauan kemajuan, dan koordinasi lintas unit untuk memastikan kualitas deliverables.

Anda akan berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan pemangku kepentingan, menyusun dokumentasi proyek, dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP serta SLA.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang TI, SI atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 8 tahun di IT, khususnya Pengembangan/Implementasi Aplikasi Perbankan.
• Memahami regulasi perbankan dan proses bisnis terkait.

Responsibilities

• Merencanakan proyek berdasarkan kebutuhan bisnis dan sumber daya yang tersedia.
• Mengarahkan proyek dengan memantau status untuk memastikan penyampaian berkualitas.
• Merekomendasikan alokasi sumber daya, ruang lingkup pekerjaan, dan tanggung jawab pihak terkait.

Job description

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Develop project plans based on business requirements and available resources to ensure clear and targeted project development.
• Direct projects by monitoring project status to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Recommend resource allocation, scope of work, and responsibilities of involved parties to ensure adequate resources that support project execution.
• Coordinate with all business units and project managers from each unit to identify and analyze needs related to troubleshooting and application quality testing.
• Prepare and maintain documentation records related to business projects to ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare routine reports for stakeholders and management to keep them informed on project progress.
• Analyze issues reported by stakeholders regarding application system problems.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues in accordance with standard operating procedures within the defined SLA.

Persyaratan

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or other related fields.
• Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in Banking Application Development or Implementation.
• Understanding of banking industry regulations and business processes.
• Understanding of the application system frameworks used in banking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• General knowledge and understanding of banking Information Technology.
