ADI Resourcing is seeking a Product Owner to define and execute the product vision and strategy in Jakarta. You will develop roadmaps, translate business needs into user stories, and collaborate with engineering to deliver high-quality products.

The role requires 3+ years in product management, strong SQL skills, and experience with Agile/Scrum. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Proven experience in SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Familiarity with product management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to understand technical challenges and work with engineering teams to find solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate product requirements and specifications to both technical and non-technical audiences.
