Job summary

FLIP is seeking an experienced IT Operations leader to oversee infrastructure, network and security to ensure high availability for the business. You will manage budgeting, vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement across our tech stack.

You will lead a technical team, implement ITIL processes, and align projects using Agile/Waterfall. Strong communication with stakeholders and a focus on cost efficiency are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Operations or infrastructure management with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of networks, cloud/on-prem architectures, and security best practices.
• Experience with ITSM, incident management, and ITIL processes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core IT infrastructure, network topology, storage, and internet redundancy.
• Lead hardware provisioning, lifecycle management, and device deployments.
• Manage access, provisioning, and health of core applications and data systems.
• Direct and develop the IT operations team, set performance benchmarks.
• Formulate and manage the IT operations budget with cost optimization.
• Negotiate with vendors, ISPs, and software/hardware suppliers under SLAs.
• Standardize incident management and ensure cybersecurity and privacy compliance.
• Lead infrastructure and software projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Establish IT KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
