Job summary

M-DAQ Global is a pioneering fintech group delivering FX and payment solutions. We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to maintain day-to-day technology operations across the Jakarta office, covering IT infrastructure, end‑user support, and asset management.

You’ll manage laptops, network gear, identity access, meeting room AV, CCTV, door access, and VoIP systems. Collaborate with regional teams, vendors, Procurement, and the GA team to ensure a secure, reliable workplace.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT Operations, IT Support, IT Infrastructure, or a related role.
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in IT operations, asset management, hardware and software troubleshooting, and end-user support.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure with MikroTik/UniFi experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, identity and access management, and VoIP.
• Familiarity with AV conferencing, CCTV, door access, and basic electrical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations including incident handling, troubleshooting, changes, escalations, and end-user support.
• Manage lifecycle of IT assets including inventory, laptop setup, software installation, upgrades, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain workplace applications and access (Microsoft 365, Jira/Confluence) and IAM.
• Support office network infrastructure (MikroTik, UniFi, switches) including setup and troubleshooting.
• Support office technology and meeting infrastructure (VoIP, AV, CCTV, door access).
• Handle IT procurement and vendor management, sourcing assets and coordinating with Procurement.
• Ensure IT operations comply with legal and security requirements; conduct IT training for staff.
• Collaborate with GA team on office IT, facilities, and infrastructure needs.
