Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an IT Manager Infrastructure & Systems for a FnB retail client in Jakarta to lead IT operations, infrastructure, and store technology deployments. The role focuses on strategy, security, and reliable IT services across multiple stores.

The candidate will drive system migrations, implement IT policies, and manage a team to ensure high availability, performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience with managerial experience in Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality.
• Strong ERP and POS systems experience.
• Proven experience in IT system migration and implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and store IT systems.
• Hands‑on experience in new store IT setup, including POS, network, and CCTV installation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s IT operations, infrastructure, and systems.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures in line with business objectives.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and store IT systems.
• Lead IT system migration, implementation, and improvement projects.
• Oversee IT setup and deployment for new stores, including POS systems, network infrastructure, CCTV, and related systems.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of IT systems across the organization.
• Identify and resolve IT-related issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders for IT projects and services.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the IT team to ensure effective operations and service delivery.
• Monitor IT projects, budgets, timelines, and implementation progress.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to management regarding IT systems and infrastructure.
• Other tasks as assigned.
