Kredivo Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist - Infrastructure to support our office network and infrastructure operations. You will ensure the daily health of devices across sites, troubleshoot connectivity, and work closely with the infrastructure team to maintain reliable services for users.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with office network devices such as switches, APs, and firewalls.
• Ability to diagnose connectivity issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with enterprise networking basics (IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the operational health of office infrastructure devices across sites (switches, APs, firewalls).
• Perform first-line Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for infrastructure issues reported by users.
• Escalate to L2 Infrastructure team when needed for complex changes.
• Maintain asset data and IT Ops procedures (lifecycle, incident tracking, change documentation).
• Provide regular status updates to IT leads/managers.
• On-site representation for infrastructure matters; coordinate with site stakeholders.
• Occasional after-hours work for maintenance with minimal business disruption.
