Property developer company in Central Jakarta seeks an IT Staff responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure, network, hardware, software, and NAS Synology environment. The role includes system maintenance, user access control, data backup, and IT security to ensure reliable operations.

Key responsibilities include hardware/software support, network monitoring, NAS configuration, and coordinating with vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure support, network administration, or IT technical support.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure, including network devices, servers, and end-user computing environments.
• Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic firewall configuration.
• Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software-related issues.
• Experience in managing NAS Synology environments, including storage setup, backup configuration, shared folder management, and user permission control.
• Experience in user access management and authorization control (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, cloud services, and IT security practices is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide technical support to end users.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and coordinate with internal users and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Support IT infrastructure setup, configuration, maintenance, and daily operation to ensure stable and reliable IT services.
• Perform network installation, monitoring, and maintenance, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, network devices, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Conduct network problem diagnosis and troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, peripherals, operating systems, and business applications.
• Manage and maintain NAS Synology environment, including storage configuration, backup monitoring, user access management, and system maintenance.
• Handle user access authorization, including account creation, permission settings, access review, and access control management based on company policies.
• Support IT security practices, including user access control, data protection, backup procedures, and basic cybersecurity monitoring.
• Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and documentation of IT infrastructure configurations.
• Coordinate with IT vendors or external service providers for system implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare IT reports, incident records, and preventive maintenance schedules.
