Job summary

PT Idea Kolaborasi Utama (Ideaco) seeks an experienced IT infrastructure professional in Jakarta to lead knowledge capture, documentation, and resilience initiatives. You will map critical personnel knowledge, build a robust knowledge base, and guide the team through complex network, compute, and storage configurations.

You will document systems, mentor staff, support daily operations, and drive continuity with hands-on training and structured handover plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong networking, SDN, and security infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with system transitions and migrations.
• Ability to document and transfer knowledge effectively.
• Hold at least 3 relevant IT infrastructure certifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify critical knowledge held by key personnel.
• Prepare and complete technical documentation (network diagrams, SOPs, system configurations for compute & storage).
• Build a structured and easily accessible knowledge base.
• Identify potential single points of failure and resilience improvements.
• Support the internal team in daily operations.
• Provide technical advisory, troubleshooting, and problem solving for complex issues.
• Provide technical recommendations on infrastructure problems and development needs.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents/problems.
• Ensure continuity of infrastructure services.
• Prepare a handover plan with priorities and timelines.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions based on system priorities.
• Validate understanding through walkthroughs, simulations, or hands-on sessions.
• Prepare the Handover Completion Report.
• Deliver technical training to the internal team as needed.
• Improve the team’s readiness to manage systems independently.

Job description

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure

– Networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, Software Defined Networking (SDN))

– Virtualization & cloud (Proxmox)

– Security infrastructure

• Experience in:

– System transition/migration projects

– Knowledge transfer & documentation

• Good communication and mentoring skills
• Holds at least 3 relevant professional certifications in IT infrastructure (Network, Server/System Administration, Virtualization, Cloud Infrastructure, or Infrastructure Security), such as:

– CCNP or equivalent network certification

– CCNA or equivalent network certification

– Red Hat Certified Professional or equivalent system administrator certification

– Google Cloud Professional, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent cloud certification

– Network security certification (Palo Alto / Fortinet) or equivalent

– CDCP/CDCS or related data center certification

– Ansible / Terraform certification or hands-on experience (optional)
