Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk seeks an IT Governance professional to develop and review IT policies ensuring regulatory compliance in a banking environment. You will coordinate with multiple units to prepare regulator reports and gather audit data for various audits.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT governance, IT audit, or IT risk, with a strong focus on information security and SDLC processes. Jakarta-based position with regulatory exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in IT or related field with strong regulatory exposure.
• 3–5 years in IT governance, IT audit, or IT risk within banking.
• Solid knowledge of IT security, governance, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement IT policies and procedures aligned with regulations.
• Coordinate with units to prepare mandatory IT reports for regulators (BI / OJK).
• Coordinate to gather audit data for internal, external, group, and regulatory audits.
• Coordinate IT Risk Self-Assessment data collection with other units.
• Support Head of IT Governance in implementing the Bank's IT governance function.

Job description

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Computer Science.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Governance, IT Audit, or IT Risk within a financial institution or banking industry.
• Basic understanding of computer software, networking, and hardware.
• Familiarity with IT-related regulatory requirements and international standards, such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISM, NIST, and CIS.
• Up to date on current regulations related to IT usage and implementation.
• Experience with IT audit engagements, including ITGC (IT General Controls) and Application Control.
• Solid understanding of Information Security and Cybersecurity practices.
• Good understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and change management processes.

Job Description

• Coordinate with other units to gather audit data for internal, external, group, and regulatory audits.

• Carry out other assignments from the Head of IT Governance related to the implementation of the Bank's IT Governance function.
