Job summary

Cekat.AI seeks an IT Delivery specialist in Indonesia to deploy AI agents, build automation workflows with n8n, and guide non-technical clients through seamless automation.

You will be the main client contact, explain AI concepts, manage escalations, and continuously optimize performance while collaborating with internal teams to elevate delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with n8n or similar automation tools.
• Strong API integration skills with REST, Webhooks, and 3rd party services.
• Clear communicator who can explain tech to non-tech clients.
