Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an IT Audit Jr. Specialist to support the audit team in performing basic IT audit tasks and documenting work under supervision. This entry-level role focuses on developing technical audit skills, learning methodologies, and applying tools like JIRA and data analytics while communicating clearly with auditees.

Onsite/WFO arrangement is required. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment and grow into more complex audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Information System, or Computer Engineering.
• 1–2 years IT Audit experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
• Proactive, self-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data clearly and concisely.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Onsite/WFO working arrangement.

IT Audit Jr. Specialist supports the audit team in executing basic audit tasks, preparing documentation, and learning audit methodologies. This entry-level role is focused on developing technical audit skills and contributing to the quality of audit execution.

• Support documentation of ITGC and risk control assessments.

We are looking for Talents with:

• Bachelor Degree major in Accounting, Information System, Computer Engineering.
• Having 1-2 years' experience in IT Audit will be an advantage.
• Having knowledge and proficiency with SQL and/or Phyton.
• Proactive, self-driven, desire to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically, accurately and concisely.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ready for onsite/WFO working arrangement.
