The role requires a degree in IT, accounting or finance, with certifications such as CISA/CISSP/SAP preferred; 5+ years in IT auditing; Big 4 experience; strong analytical skills; English and Bahasa Indonesia

Qualifikationen

• Degree or professional certification in information technology, accounting or finance.
• CISA / CISSP / SAP certification is preferred.
• 5+ years IT auditing/consulting experience.
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Experience with Data Analytics and SAP systems.
• Cybersecurity experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead IT audit engagements (ITGC, ITAC, Cybersecurity) at Head Office and units.
• Lead Data Analytics projects and special reviews as needed.
• Prepare audit working papers and draft reports.
• Engage management to present practical recommendations.
• Support development of audit programs and tools.
• Provide guidance to audit teams across all project phases.
• Travel up to 50% to meet engagement needs.

Job Description Summary:

A managerial personnel within IT Audit team with responsibility in managing internal audit projects and team deployment. Hold important function in ensuring IT audit projects (IT, compliance or investigation) are done accordance with department standard. Participate and lead special review projects as requested by the management.

Assist Head of IT Audit in the execution of IT strategies and general planning such as annual risk management, audit program planning and consolidation.

Job Description:

• Lead and conduct IT audit engagements (for IT General Controls, IT Application Controls, Cybersecurity) of Head Office and its Units

• Lead and conduct Data Analytics projects

• Lead and conduct special review projects as requested by the Management

• Prepare audit working papers and draft audit report

• Engage line management to make practical and value-added recommendations

• Support continuous development of internal audit programs and usage of according tools

• Provide guidance to audit team in all aspect of audit projects from planning, field work, review and reporting.

• Critically review processes within the company identifying areas of weaknesses or improvement opportunities, relevant risks and implications, and propose recommendations to improve controls.

• Lead and resolve all matters arising or associating with the execution of audit or investigation projects.

• Present audit findings and recommendations to local and regional management.

• Prepare formal written reports on audit findings and recommendations.

• Execute and complete all audits in accordance with department’s standards and KPIs

• Assist in annual risk management, audit planning, consolidation of audit findings, and other administrative matters within the IA department.

• Assist in the development and standardization of best practices and processes within the IT Audit division.

• Performs special reviews including investigation as requested by senior management and Board of Directors.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Degree or professional certification – in information technology, accountancy or finance.

Candidate with CISA / CISSP / SAP certification is preferred.

Experience:

• 5+ year experience in IT auditing / consulting.

• Having Big 4 experience.

• Having Data Analytics experience.

• Having SAP experience.

• Having Cybersecurity experience.

Competency:

• SAP HANA experienced is advantageous (but not mandatory)
