Job summary

PT Tribina Jaya Sukses is seeking an IT Application Developer to design and implement web, mobile, and internal business applications. You will analyze business and system requirements to support development, and you will build and integrate databases and APIs for system integration.

Collaborating with users, IT teams, and vendors, you will participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance, while documenting technical details for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Application, Software Development, or related roles.
• Proficient in PHP, preferably with Laravel, and/or Flutter for mobile development.
• Good understanding of SQL, databases, APIs, and system integration.
• Familiar with SDLC, requirement gathering, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Experience with Git/version control is a plus.
• Experience with ERP, HRIS, POS, or other enterprise systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with project timelines and deadlines.
