Job summary

Panin Dai-ichi Life IT Solution Delivery team seeks an experienced developer-lead to drive core insurance software modernization. You will design, develop, and maintain desktop/mobile interfaces with Delphi/VB.NET/C#, Java Spring Boot, and Angular, while ensuring robust system integration with banks, payment gateways, and regulatory reporting.

Technical Competency Requirement :

• Core Stack
• Delphi 7/ VB.net / C# (legacy core insurance application maintenance & enhancement)
• Java Spring Boot – microservices / backend API development
• Angular (front-end web application development)
• System Integration – experience integrating core insurance systems with external parties (banks, payment gateways, regulators/OJK reporting, reinsurance systems, etc.)
• Database & Infrastructure
• Strong SQL skills (MS SQL Server preferred, given SSIS/Crystal Reports pairing)
• Understanding of stored procedures, query optimization, and database design
• Familiar with on-premise / hybrid deployment (typical for insurance core systems)
• Understanding of both legacy (Delphi monolith) and modern (Java Spring Boot microservices) architecture
• Experience leading migration/modernization from legacy to modern stack is a strong plus
• Familiar with Git/version control, CI/CD basics
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodology

KEY REQUIRMENTS :
