Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Islami international School Leader to guide the school’s academic, operational, and people development initiatives with a focus on high standards and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Education or related field, with 3–5 years in educational leadership, and a proven track record in curriculum development, staff coaching, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in education, leadership or management.
• Experience as Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, Academic Coordinator, or equivalent leadership preferred.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, teaching, and school management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and foster collaboration.
• Experience with Cambridge/Pearson Curriculum or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English preferred.
• Understanding Islami values and applying them in school life.

A well-established private school in Jakarta, Bandung, Banten, Bangka , Semarang is looking for an experienced and visionary Islami international School Leader to lead the school's academic, operational, and people development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school

Oversee academic quality and ensure effective curriculum implementation

Lead and develop teachers and school staff to achieve high performance

Monitor student achievement, learning quality, and overall school improvement

Establish a positive, professional, and student-centered school culture

Manage school operations and ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards

Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and external stakeholders

Develop and implement strategic plans to support the school's growth and development

About you

Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in education, preferably with leadership or management experience

Previous experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, Academic Coordinator, or equivalent leadership position is highly preferred

Strong understanding of curriculum development, teaching and learning, and school management
