Job summary

Agung Sedayu Group is seeking a proactive intern to assist Investor Relations. You will help prepare IR materials, conduct industry and market research, and monitor news and share price activity.

This role offers hands-on experience in corporate communications and financial analysis in a dynamic property group. The internship is three months, based in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta, with potential for hiring based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final-year undergraduate students majoring in Accounting (not currently enrolled in active classes).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly motivated to learn and grow.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to commit to a 3‑month internship contract, with the opportunity to be hired as staff based on performance.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of Investor Relations materials, including investor presentations, earnings materials, fact sheets, and updates.
• Conduct industry, peer, market, and company research to support management discussions.
• Assist in monitoring share price performance, trading activities, analyst reports, and relevant news.
• Support financial and operational analysis, including maintaining key company and peer data.
• Assist in preparing materials for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and IR activities.
• Maintain investor and analyst databases and meeting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect financial, operational, and strategic IR information.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical and administrative support to IR team and management.
