Job summary

PT Anabatic Technologies seeks an Investor Relations professional to manage communications with equity analysts, investors, and media, and to prepare earnings materials in collaboration with corporate functions in Tangerang.

You will coordinate conferences and roadshows, monitor market trends and share insights with top executives, ensuring compliant disclosures and effective storytelling about the company’s performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communications, or Business Management.
• 3–5 years in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Sell‑side or Buy‑side Analyst roles.
• Proficient in financial statements, valuation metrics, and financial modeling.
• Strong public speaking, writing and presentation skills; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly earnings releases and slide decks for earnings calls; coordinate with corporate secretary and communications for annual reports and press releases.
• Build and maintain relationships with equity analysts, retail/investor communities, and institutional investors; assist in answering shareholders and financial media questions.
• Coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, and general meetings; assist in annual and extraordinary shareholder meetings.
• Monitor market data, industry trends, and share price movements to brief senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Legal and Corporate Secretary to ensure disclosures comply with regulations.

Job description

Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly earnings releases and slide presentations for earnings calls. Work closely with corporate secretary and corporate communications to prepare annual reports and press releases.

Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain relationships with equity analysts, retail/investor communities, and institutional investors. Assist in answering questions from shareholders and financial media.

Event Planning: Coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, and annual general meetings. Assist corporate secretary in coordinating in annual and extraordinary general meetings of shareholders.

Market Intelligence: Build investment thesis and monitor company share price, daily trading volume, competitor data, industry trends, and market sentiment to brief top executives.

Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with Legal and Corporate Secretary for all public disclosures following legal guidelines and market rules.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree with major Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communications, or Business Management

Have minimum 3-5 years working experience as Investor Relations, Investment Banker, Sell-side Analyst, Buy-side Analyst

Proficient skills in financial acumen such as financial statements, valuation metrics, and modeling tools.

Proficient skills in public speaking, writing, and presentation skills

High proficiency in Microsoft Officer, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Proficient skill in English, both verbal and written

Day trader or passionate in stock trading is an advantage

Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang
