Job summary

HSBC is seeking an Investment Product Manager in International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) in Jakarta to bridge the Investment Product team with Branch/Relationship Manager networks, ensuring clear product positioning and execution priorities across markets.

You will design investment sales strategies, develop RM enablement materials, coordinate product launches, translate market views into client-ready narratives, monitor performance, and work with senior stakeholders to drive compliant,

Qualifications

Strong and broad Wealth Management business sense with solid knowledge of investment products.
Proven experience as an Investment Product Manager / Investment Product Support (mandatory).
Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail.
Confident communication skills (verbal and written) and stakeholder management.
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to tell a clear story with data.
MS Excel and MS PowerPoint — must-have
Able to use basic Excel formulas — must-have
English fluency (spoken and written), minimum B1 level.
Basic banking risk management knowledge.
Certifications such as CFA, CFP, CSA (or equivalent) are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Bridge between Investment Product team and RM network to align product positioning, target segments, and execution priorities.
Design and execute investment sales strategies, campaigns, and tactical programs aligned with targets and market conditions.
Develop and deliver RM enablement initiatives including sales toolkits, pitch decks, talking points, case studies, and practical selling guides.
Ensure timely product delivery across branches by coordinating readiness prior to launches and campaigns.
Translate market views and product features into client-friendly narratives and actionable sales messages for different segments.
Monitor investment sales performance, penetration, and campaign effectiveness; identify gaps and opportunities.
Work with Network Heads, Sales Managers, Branch Managers, and Product Specialists to align priorities and drive messaging.
Design programs to activate New to Wealth customers and under-penetrated segments.
Gather feedback from RMs and branches to translate insights into product improvements.
Ensure all programs comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and suitability standards.
