Job summary

Allianz Indonesia's Asset & Investment Management team seeks a seasoned professional to drive strategic asset allocation and fund strategy in Indonesia's market.

You will collaborate with the CIO and external managers to shape SAA, oversee GA mandates, and implement model portfolios in Pension Funds, while leading and coaching a capable team to enhance investment capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications: Fund Manager Exam; WMI preferred.
• Experience in Capital Markets or Financial Services.
• Familiar with capital market regulation and insurance/pension fund rules.
• Strong relationship management and service attitude.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and teamwork.
• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan investment strategy with CIO and liaise with asset managers to define SAA and related strategies.
• Define annual SAA fund-level targets and monitor GA mandates.
• Define asset allocation for new funds and monitor UL mandates.
• Implement model portfolio into Pension Funds and monitor mandates.
• Manage and develop the Investment Communication & Fund Development team.

Job description

• Plan all the investment strategy with CIO and need to liaise with the external asset managers, AIMand Analyst to formulate the SAA and other strategy ie. Bond forward or other derivatives. Monitoring and evaluating all the mandates in the universe.
• Define SAA annually and propose to CIO of all SAA fund level and consolidated. Monitor and evaluate GA mandates in alignment with our strategy and regulatory changes.
• Define Asset Allocation of new funds (if new idea exits both in UL and Pensions) . Monitor and evaluate UL mandates in alignment with our strategy and regulatory changes.
• Implement the model portfolio into Pension Funds. Monitor and evaluate the mandates in alignment with our strategy and regulatory changes.
• People Management to supervises, coaches and reviews performance of the Investment Communication & fund development team and enhances their capability in investment

Job Requirements:

• University Degree preferably in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting or Actuarial.
• Pass the Fund Manager Exam and Hold a WMI (Fund Manager certification) is a plus.
• At least have a Capital Markets or Financial Services (Insurance, Banks, or Fund Management) experience.
• Familiar with capital market regulation
• Familiar with Insurance and Pension Fund regulations and fund knowledgeGood relationship management skills and service attitude. Outgoing personality, inquisitive and logical thinking
• Good communication, presentation skills, and teamwork
• Strong skills in microsoft office and in maintain data analysis or using digital AI
