In this full-time role, you will perform cycle counts, monitor stock levels, prepare monthly inventory reports, manage fixed assets, and assist with month-end and year-end closings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve controls and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting or inventory role, preferably in F&B.
• Solid understanding of stock control, cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Proficient in spreadsheet software and basic accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual inventory reports.
• Maintain detailed records of fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management and control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
