• Help with sourcing and candidate search through recruitment platforms.
• Conduct CV screening and match candidates with position requirements.
• Assist initial contact and communication with candidates.
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment stages.
• Support administration and documentation of the recruitment process.
• Update and monitor candidate database.
• Assist with implementation of employee training and development programs.
