Job summary

Fluor Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-year, multi-site international program in Indonesia, including lab renovations and equipment procurement. You will be the primary interface with the government client, accountable for cost, schedule, and performance across all contract deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of project mgmt experience OR Master's with 7+ years of experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent contractor credential.
• Experience managing international, multi-site construction or technical programs.
• Experience supporting U.S. government contracts preferred.
• Must reside within two time zones of Jakarta during performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single accountable point for program activities across three sites.
• Direct cross-functional teams including construction, logistics, subcontractors, and in-country staff.
• Develop, maintain, and report against a fully integrated master schedule and financial plan.
• Lead monthly progress and financial reports, PM plans, and meeting minutes.
• Manage risk registers, subcontract compliance, and corrective action processes.
• Facilitate biannual Program Management Reviews with the government client.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Indonesian regulatory requirements and security protocols.
