Job summary

J&T Express, a leading logistics provider in Indonesia, seeks a diligent auditor/consultant to review and update Policies and Procedures and to drive Process Optimization across operations and service delivery.

You will review OA Approval Workflow, identify risks within processes, develop mitigation controls, monitor the vendor selection process, and support improvement initiatives with data-driven insights in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Economy or IT.
• 1–2 years’ experience in auditing/consulting/network management/operations.
• Strong communication and critical thinking.
• Fast learner and adaptable to new environment.
