Job summary

PT Agrinesia Raya is seeking an Internal/Operational Auditor to conduct regular audits, prepare timely reports, and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations. You will review evidence, coordinate with divisions, and travel to field sites. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field and 3–5 years of audit experience (1–2 years supervisory) are required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Internal or Operational Audit, with 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Willing to travel and conduct audit field visits across assigned branches or operational areas.
• Good understanding of internal audit standards (IPPF and Global Internal Audit Standards).
• Strong knowledge of audit planning, risk-based auditing, and internal control evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis and audit reporting.
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance and company policies.
• Basic knowledge of IT General Controls, application controls, and cybersecurity risks is preferred.
• High integrity, objectivity, attention to detail, and professional skepticism.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; CIA or CIAP are strong advantages.
