PT AIG Insurance Indonesia is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to lead assurance engagements and contribute to governance. The role focuses on executing the audit plan, evaluating controls, and providing objective insights in alignment with AIG’s policies.

You will develop risk-based audit plans, report findings to the Audit Committee, and monitor corrective actions with senior management in a primarily in-office setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute the audit plan and ensure engagements follow AIG policies and procedures.
• Develop an audit plan based on risk assessment results and report to the Audit Committee for review and approval.
• Continuously assess AIG’s risk profile and communicate impacts to the Audit Committee and senior management.
• Establish adherence to AIG policies and continuously enhance IA’s audit methodology.
• Communicate and monitor corrective actions status to the Audit Committee and IA senior management.

The group assists the Corporation in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of AIG’s control environment, including risk management, operational, internal control and governance processes.
