Job summary

Schneider Electric Indonesia is seeking an active Mechanical Engineering student for a 6-month internship at our Plant Office in Cikarang. You will design non-standard mechanical parts for LV and MV switchgear, prepare BOMs and stock requisitions, and develop detailed drawings to support project execution.

You will provide technical support to Project Management and Tendering teams, ensure designs meet engineering standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active D3 or S1 student majoring in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Creo, or other 2D/3D design tools.
• Good understanding of mechanical drawing standards and drafting techniques.
• Familiar with engineering materials and basic manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design non-standard mechanical parts for LV and MV switchgear according to customer requirements.
• Prepare BOMs and Stock Requisitions for project needs.
• Develop and update mechanical drawings with detailed drafting for customized designs.
• Provide technical support to PM and Tendering teams during offer preparation and project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
