DBS in Jakarta Head Office is seeking a dedicated Interchange Settlement Staff for a direct contract in Operations. You will manage Mastercard/Visa settlements, daily adjustments, and related reporting within a fixed-term, full-time role based in Jakarta.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, demonstrates initiative, accuracy, and strong teamwork, and collaborates with IT and finance to ensure timely settlement processing and reporting.

• Demonstrates initiative and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Mastercard settlement payment to JP Morgan
• Preparing daily financial adjustment list for temporary refund on cust dispute
• Processing Scheme settlement balancing (Visa and Mastercard)
• Processing financial journal related to scheme balancing
• Upload and download VISA settlement data and reports
• Upload and download Mastercard settlement data and reports
• Processing SAFE reporting for Mastercard chargeback
• Processing document sending for Mastercard chargeback
• Liaise with IT team for stand alone PC issue
