Job summary

BTPN Syariah is seeking an experienced IT professional in Jakarta to join our application development team. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and develop applications aligned with banking standards and QA practices.

The role involves system design, coding, testing, implementation planning, and production support. A minimum 4 years in related fields is expected, with knowledge of Core Banking concepts preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in IT/IS/CS or related field.
• At least 4 years in application development, system integration, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Software Engineering and Software QA concepts.
• Experience in system design and application development.
• Proficiency in programming languages and application development frameworks.
• Understanding Core Banking System concepts and banking operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of database design and management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis and design solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop applications according to applicable technology standards and best practices.
• Manage and develop source code using available tools.
• Conduct application testing to ensure system quality and functionality.
• Prepare and execute application implementation plans.
• Follow up on application testing results and fix defects found.
• Follow up on post implementation review results to ensure application stability.
• Collaborate with squad members and relevant stakeholders in IT service development.
• Provide support for resolving issues in the production environment according to established SLA.
