A leading management consultancy with operations in Jakarta invites applications for the role of Integrated Facility Management. The role encompasses overseeing comprehensive management of office space, supplier relations, and compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in space management and excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. The company seeks individuals who can drive improvements in office comfort and efficiency through strategic planning and effective execution.
Take charge of comprehensive management of small‑scale leased office services or business management of space management and EHS management.
Manage the property and decoration database including the CAD, contract summary and utilities.
Learn the regulation related job tasks to achieve business compliance.
Occupancy management and monthly report to management, data processing and analysis to alarm about office planning expansions or reductions.
Improve and plan space to enhance office comfort (including HVAC, environmental quality, etc.).
Process the extension or office termination: collect all the requirements and progress the approval.
Supplier management (space, decoration and engineering).
Plan and strategy for small/big decoration and collaborate with Asia Pacific Space & Decoration management.
Energy management and strategy planning for savings or efficiency.
Cost management for RE and Space Management.
Managing Office 6S management.
Requirement
At least 3 years of industry experience in supplier management in space/real‑estate/renovation‑decoration, managing around 20K–30K SQM of space property.
Master professional knowledge of Lease Property & Contract, Space Management, Project Management (big and small scale decoration, relocation office, space optimization) and Hard Service Engineering (HVAC, Civil, Electrical).
Excellent solution execution capabilities and ability to solve complex problems and independently tackle technical issues.
Effective communication skills with team, management, and external parties (such as suppliers) to facilitate problem solving.
Ability to understand, judge, and influence effectively, and have a positive impact on business results.
Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
