Job summary

PT United Tractors Tbk is seeking a skilled Instructor/Trainer to lead heavy equipment operation training in Jakarta. The role involves conducting training, observing equipment usage, and compiling reports on training outcomes.

You will develop instructional materials related to heavy equipment operation and ensure trainees acquire hands-on competence with UT’s excavator, bulldozer, and dump truck. English is advantageous, and TOT certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Instructor or Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinery
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum GPA 3.25
• English language is advantageous
• TOT certifications or training required
• Proficient with heavy machinery such as excavator, bulldozer and dump truck
