The ideal candidate brings adult learning principles, proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate instructional design experience.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate).
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop corporate training programs and materials (e-learning modules, workshops, job aids).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and objectives.
• Apply ADDIE or SAM models to create relevant content.
• Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness.
• Manage training development projects from initiation to completion and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure materials are up-to-date and aligned with policies and goals.
