Qualifications

• Experience in content development, module writing, and training material creation is necessary.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for training delivery are needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English are required.
• Proven project management and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is expected.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and adaptive approach to problem-solving is needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional content, including e-learning courses and training materials.
• Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Develop engaging multimedia learning content for various training formats.
• Manage and support training delivery, including learner enrollment and progress tracking.
• Assess learner performance through reviews, assignments, and evaluations.
• Ensure quality assurance of e-learning content and maintain consistency.
• Analyze learning effectiveness and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate development of new learning initiatives and training proposals.
