Job summary

Putera Sampoerna Foundation, a leading Indonesian education-focused social enterprise, seeks an Instructional Designer to craft e-learning content, curricula, and training materials. You will apply adult learning theory to deliver effective learning experiences across ILT, VILT, and online formats.

Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to develop programs, track learner progress, and ensure quality across deliverables. Strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience in content development, module writing, and training material creation.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for training delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proven project management and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support training delivery, including enrollment, progress tracking, and completion monitoring.

• Analyze learning effectiveness, feedback, and performance data for continuous improvement.

Job Description

• Design and develop instructional content, including e-learning courses, curricula, training materials, assessments, storyboards, and scripts.
• Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles (andragogy) to create effective learning experiences.
• Develop engaging multimedia learning content for instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and self-paced online learning.
• Structure course content and learning activities to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and learning outcomes.
• Manage and support training delivery, including learner enrollment, progress tracking, and completion monitoring.
• Assess learner performance through portfolio reviews, assignments, and evaluations.
• Ensure quality assurance of e-learning content and maintain consistency across all training deliverables.
• Analyze learning effectiveness, user feedback, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to develop training programs.
• Coordinate development of new learning initiatives, programs, and training proposals.
