Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a training professional to analyze needs, collaborate with clinical SMEs, and develop curricula across the Siloam network. The role involves designing effective training methods and ensuring curricula stay up to date with the latest clinical practices.

Candidate should have a degree in any field and at least two years of curriculum development experience, with strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.

• Bachelor or Master degree in any major.
• 2 years of experience developing training curriculum.
• Strong ability to work in a team.
• Experience building relationships with clinical SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis internally and externally within Siloam Hospitals Group.
• Coordinate with SMEs and vendors to design training curricula.
• Design training methods aligned with the curriculum.
• Regularly update the STC training catalog.
• Incorporate local Siloam content into programs organized by professional bodies or colleges.
