Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Lippo Cikarang is seeking a General Nurse for the Inpatient Department to deliver comprehensive nursing care, perform patient assessments, and support physicians during examinations and procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (S.Kep.), a Professional Nurse (Ners) license, valid STR and SIPP where required, and has at least three years of inpatient ward experience. Basic Life Support is mandatory; ACLS is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (S.Kep.) is required.
• Professional Nurse (Ners) qualification is mandatory.
• Valid Indonesian Nursing Registration Certificate (STR) and Practice License (SIPP) may be required by regulations.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an inpatient ward is mandatory.
• BLS certification is mandatory; ACLS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor clinical conditions.
• Develop and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapy per orders and policies.
• Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and appropriately.
