Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group in Indonesia is seeking a registered nurse to deliver comprehensive inpatient care in assigned wards, aligning with hospital standards and regulations. You will work closely with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring accurate documentation and patient education.

The role requires strong clinical skills, active STR, and a minimum of two years in hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing degree (Ns.)
• Active STR
• Minimum 2 years of hospital nursing experience (fresh graduates welcome)

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough inpatient nursing care in assigned sections according to hospital standards and regulations
• Receive patients in accordance with service standards
• Conduct initial patient assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and create care plans
• Perform periodic reassessments based on patient condition
• Analyze data to plan nursing care and perform nursing actions
• Ensure availability of equipment and medications and accompany doctors during examinations
• Educate patients and families to support recovery
• Observe and report patient condition to doctors
• Document care before, during and after treatment for history and statistics
• Collect data and prepare reports for superiors or related parties
• Implement quality and safety procedures and participate in trainings
