Formación

• Bachelor of Nursing (S1) and Ners Professional Program (S.Kep., Ns.) are required.
• Active STR license is required for practice.
• Completion of Basic Trauma & Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) training is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide thorough nursing care to inpatients per standards and regulations.
• Perform comprehensive initial and periodic nursing assessments; plan and evaluate care.
• Implement nursing interventions independently and with the team; monitor patient conditions.
• Ensure availability of equipment and meds; assist doctors during examinations and procedures; educate patients and families.
• Maintain nursing documentation, collect data, and participate in quality, infection prevention, and safety activities.

Job Description

• Provide thorough and comprehensive nursing care to inpatient patients in assigned sections/rooms in accordance with hospital service standards, nursing procedures, patient safety requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Receive patients and conduct comprehensive initial and periodic assessments to determine nursing diagnoses, prioritize patient needs, develop and evaluate nursing care plans, and identify changes in patient conditions to support appropriate treatment and discharge planning.
• Perform nursing interventions independently and collaboratively based on patient assessment data, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care, anticipate and prevent deterioration of patient conditions, and communicate patient progress and significant changes to the attending physician.
• Ensure the availability and completeness of medical equipment and medications required for patient care, assist and accompany doctors during examinations and procedures, and provide comprehensive education to patients and their families to support treatment adherence, recovery, and continuity of care.
• Maintain complete and accurate nursing documentation and operational reports, collect required data, and implement quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety practices, including participation in training and activities supporting hospital-wide and department/unit targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Nursing (S1) and Ners Professional Program (S.Kep., Ns.)
• Having an active lifetime STR
• Completed Basic Trauma & Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) training
