Job summary

PT Intramega Global is seeking a Drafter to support warehouse design projects, creating detailed 2D/3D drawings for racking, automation layouts, and storage optimization.

You will translate client needs and site conditions into precise designs using AutoCAD or SketchUp, review measurements, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Bachelor in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required, with AutoCAD proficiency and strong spatial awareness.

Job description

Intramega Global, a leading provider of warehouse solutions specializing in systems, technology, infrastructure, and consulting services, is seeking a Drafter to join our growing team.

This role is instrumental in supporting project execution by developing detailed solution designs for warehouse infrastructure, including racking systems, automation layouts, and storage optimization plans. The Drafter will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to translate client needs and site conditions into precise technical drawings and design proposals.

In addition to creating 2D/3D designs and layout drawings, this position involves reviewing site measurements, applying warehouse efficiency principles, and ensuring design feasibility for implementation. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for spatial planning, knowledge of material handling systems, and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.

This role also contributes to continuous improvement by supporting standardization of design templates, maintaining a solutions database, and integrating input from ongoing project feedback to refine design practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Propose racking layout designs that meet client requirements and warehouse specifications.

Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for warehouse racking and automation solutions using AutoCAD.

Calculate and finalize product pricing based on approved designs.

Process and transform raw data into structured, presentation-ready reports.

Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Project, Order Processing, and Purchasing to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.

Requirements

Minimum education: Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory – candidates will be tested during the interview process.

Skilled in 3D drawing and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
