Filtrona is seeking a Manager, Project Management to lead a diverse portfolio of innovation projects from concept to market launch. You will collaborate with global customers and cross-functional teams to deliver successful product introductions with emphasis on quality, cost, timing, and compliance.

The role covers end-to-end project leadership, technical engagement, and commercialization across traditional and next-generation tobacco products, including Heated Tobacco Products (HTP).

Qualificações

• Experience delivering product launches and commercialization projects.
• Experience with multinational customers and complex cross-functional programs.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments and lean/continuous improvement is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution from concept to commercialization and market launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.
• Develop technical proposals, feasibility assessments, and cost evaluations.
• Drive new product development initiatives within tobacco and next-gen categories (HTP).
