Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Infrastructure/Security Support specialist to join our team. You will perform daily support and maintenance of infrastructure and security solutions, troubleshoot L1/L2 issues, and assist with deployments and proofs of concept.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, networks, security logs, certificates, and connectivity; coordinating/escalating to vendors; and maintaining clear documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Infrastructure, Network, Systems, or Security.
• Understanding of basic networking, Linux, security, SSL/certificates, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with WAF/Firewalls is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Daily support and maintenance of Infrastructure & Security solutions.
• L1/L2 troubleshooting.
• Support implementation and POC.
