Job summary

PT. Lintas Teknologi Indonesia is looking for a skilled System Engineer to design, implement, and maintain reliable IT infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments in Jakarta.

You will manage servers, virtualization, networking, security, and automation to ensure high availability and performance. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, strong Linux/Windows skills, and hands‑on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor in computer science or related IT field.
• 2–5 years of experience in system/infrastructure roles.
• Strong Linux or Windows Server administration knowledge.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, KVM).
• Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, firewalls).
• Experience with IaC and automation (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Understanding of CI/CD, Git, basic DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms and enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity and perform proactive maintenance to ensure high system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, server and operating system issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain system security, including access control, patch management, endpoint protection and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for system administration, deployment and operational tasks.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, business continuity and high-availability solutions.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Security Teams and business stakeholders to support application deployment and infrastructure requirements.
• Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures and infrastructure diagrams.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices to improve infrastructure performance, scalability, and security.
