Job summary

PT Kreasi Digital Adiperkasa in Surakarta, Indonesia, seeks an Influencer Marketing/Affiliate Manager to acquire and manage creator partnerships, drive end-to-end campaign collaboration, and optimize content performance to maximize sales.

You will work across strategy, analytics, and cross-functional coordination to build long-term creator relationships, deliver measurable results, and continuously improve GMV through affiliate programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in TikTok Affiliate, Influencer Marketing, or E-commerce (Affiliate Manager experience a plus).
• Deep understanding of TikTok algorithm, TikTok Shop ecosystem, and Affiliate program mechanics.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical approach and adaptability to sales targets.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Up-to-date with current trends, viral audio, and TikTok marketing techniques.
• Active creator or influencer network and database on TikTok (preferred).
• Understanding of short-video and live streaming content integration strategy (preferred).
• Proven track record of increasing GMV from Affiliate programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Search, identify, and recruit potential creators and influencers aligned with brand criteria.
• Build long-term relationships with creators and manage collaborations from start to finish.
• Provide creative direction, content ideas, and product recommendations to maximize creator content sales.
• Monitor creator activity and track sales metrics (GMV, ROI, CTR).
• Prepare daily and weekly evaluation reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Live Streaming, and Operations teams on product sample availability and campaign strategy adjustments.
