Job summary

PT. Tulip Tonata Indonesia is seeking a General K3 Expert Safety Officer to oversee K3 implementation, conduct risk assessments, and lead safety trainings in a manufacturing environment. The role requires minimum 2 years of safety experience and strong knowledge of HIRADC/JSA and incident investigations.

The candidate should be able to identify hazards, ensure PPE compliance, and maintain K3 regulatory adherence across sites, with a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Valid General K3 Expert Certificate (AK3U) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Safety Officer, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environment
• Understanding of K3 implementation, SMK3, and applicable K3 regulations
• Understanding of HIRADC/JSA, Risk Assessment, Safety Inspection, and Incident Investigation
• Able to identify hazards and control risks in work areas
• Understanding of PPE usage, emergency response, and occupational safety systems
• Understanding of K3 laws and regulations
• Able to work independently, disciplined, firm, and have high concern for occupational safety

Responsibilities

• Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessment and control (HIRADC / JSA)
• Conduct routine safety patrols in work areas
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, K3 briefings, and K3-related training
• Monitor compliance with PPE usage and safe working practices
• Investigate work accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions/actions and prepare corrective actions
• Monitor follow-up on findings from K3 inspections and audits
• Ensure compliance with applicable K3 regulations and requirements
• Prepare P2K3 reports and work accident reports to Disnaker
• Prepare K3 activity reports and documentation on a regular basis
