Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support productivity and operational efficiency improvements using Lean methodologies.
• Identify, challenge, and implement improvement opportunities across People, Profit, and Planet domains.
• Empower teams to sustain continuous improvement initiatives and manage change.
• Collaborate with Industrial Performance Department to optimize resources and processes.
• Play a key role in Time Motion Study, capacity analysis, and OEE-related tasks.
