Job summary

Michelin Indonesia seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Method Engineer to strengthen the Maintenance Department in Cikarang, West Java. You will work on maintenance strategies, reliability improvements, and equipment standards to maximize uptime.

Fresh graduates to 3 years' experience are welcomed; you will analyze data, support preventive and corrective tasks, and contribute to obsolescence management and parts strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years in maintenance strategy, reliability, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems and practices.
• Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve maintenance standards for all machines in the TEC function.
• Improve reliability and equipment durability following the maintenance strategy.
• Train and propagate knowledge for maintenance actions of level 1 and 2, and support cross-functional initiatives.
