The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of boiler maintenance experience, can read technical drawings, use measuring tools, and perform welding/alignment as needed. Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of boiler maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, piping and pressure vessels.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of welding, fitting and alignment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on boiler mechanical components (pipes, valves, pumps, pressure vessels, etc.).
• Ensure all repairs follow SOPs and safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of physical condition and supporting systems.
• Monitor operating parameters to detect potential failures.
• Identify and analyze mechanical issues.
• Provide technical solutions to minimize downtime
• Prepare reports on inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
