Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, has at least 1 year of boiler maintenance experience, and can read drawings, use measuring tools, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1+ year boiler maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of piping, pressure vessels, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of welding, fitting, and alignment.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on boiler components (pipes, valves, pumps, pressure vessels, etc.).
• Ensure all repairs follow SOPs and safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of physical condition and supporting systems.
• Monitor operating parameters to detect potential failures.
• Identify and analyze mechanical issues.
• Provide technical solutions to minimize downtime.
• Prepare reports on inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
