Job summary

Peoplyee is seeking a Sales Engineer to identify and develop new customers across Kalimantan. You will build strong relationships with existing clients and drive revenue by recommending suitable, cost-efficient technical solutions.

You will conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and prepare proposals based on technical data. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 3 years in B2B sales of engineering products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (excluding Architecture and Civil).
• At least 3 years in B2B sales of technical or engineering products.
• Experience in automation instruments, boilers, pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, or electrical products.
• Valid Indonesian Class A or Class C driving license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and develop new customers and market segments.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
• Recommend suitable products that provide cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations based on customers' needs.
• Gather and analyze technical information to prepare proposals.
• Prepare regular reports and evaluate sales activities and opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits and manage accounts throughout Kalimantan.
